About Us

The owner and head chef Steven has been a chef since learning the skills as a teenager and he has gathered knowledge whilst working in kitchens in Hilton Hotels in London, Forte Heritage hotels in Sussex and in the heat of Marbella. Thirty years on his passion shines through in his food and his enthusiasm does not wain.

Whenever and wherever you hold your perfect day we will ensure that the food for your event exceeds your expectations.

We are at your venue from morning until your last guest has eaten. We have catered in marquees with limited electricity and water so having these is a bonus!!

We serve all courses to the top table and starters and desserts to everyone. The guests line up smelling the aromas wafting over them from our hot food, which is more than enough to wet anyone’s appetite.

We have extensive menus to choose from and we work with you so you have the menu that is suitable for your event and your budget.

You may meet us at forthcoming wedding fayres (it is advisable to let us know you are attending so we have time to talk with you) or at our home or we can do a venue visit. We cannot do more than one event per day so once that day is booked then that day is yours.

As you will see from our gallery pictures our food is familiar and plentiful as we do not specialise in nouvelle cuisine, only food that is very tasty and filling.
